BWC hosted 19 particpants from Turkey, Greece and Austria on their second mobility visit to Belfast from 21st to 24th May 2011.  They brought with them crafts which they had made as part of the partnership and these were displayed at an exhibition at Castlereagh Borough Council Administrative Offices, along with crafts made by women from the Women's Centre.  The visitors also took part in cultural outings to the Giants Causeway and North Coast and around Belfast.

BWC hosted 17 participants from Turkey, Austria and Greece on a 3 day visit to Belfast as part of  the Grundtvig Learning Partnership - Dance of the Creative Hands.  They took part in craft workships on egg decoration and peg loom weaving and visited the Ulster Folk  Museum at Cultra.


Jim Nicholson, MEP visited the Centre on Friday 21st January 2011.  While there, Mr Nicholson met with staff  and was given a tour of the Centre and Pre School.



Alex Attwood MLA, met staff and users at the Centre on the Thursday 23rd December 2010.  He was given a tour of the Centre and Pre School.
