Steps to the Future model

This model is divided into 4 steps:

  • Step1 – Pre-vocational/confidence building/essential skills courses;
  • Step 2 – Accredited pre vocational/pre GCSE/skill building courses;
  • Step 3 – Accredited educational and training courses;
  • Step 4 – Pre access/Foundation courses.
